Healed from Diabetes | Rosa’s Story

During our first worship night in November 2024, Rosa came forward for prayer in response to our invitation for prayer ministry to all that were present. She was struggling with some health issues and requested prayer for healing.

The feedback that followed several weeks later was simply amazing!

This is Rosa’s Story:

“In 2019 I was diagnosed with Type 1 autoimmune diabetes.  My average blood sugar level was 152, when it should be 22 – 44 and the consultant said I should be dead!  I started injecting insulin multiple times a day to keep the levels within the normal range.

During a worship evening in November 2024, prayer was offered to anyone who was in need, and I responded. A couple of the team members laid hands on me and prayed for healing whilst the worship continued.  After that I continued to inject insulin as before, but from then on kept having hypos, where blood sugar levels fall dangerously low, as I hadn’t realised I no longer needed it.

On Christmas morning it was in freefall, so I decided to stop injecting insulin there and then, and haven’t done so since.  The monitor on my arm showed that sugar levels had returned to normal, and when I saw the nurse at the hospital diabetic clinic a month later, she confirmed that I no longer need insulin.  This is unheard of, so I can confidently testify that Jesus has healed me.”
